How do I know if my household qualifies?
Eligibility is determined based on your household size, total household income, and other applicable program requirements. Our leasing team can help you understand the qualifications that apply to your household.

Does meeting the income requirements guarantee approval?
No. Income eligibility is one part of the application process. Applicants must also meet all other applicable rental and screening criteria.
What documents will I need to apply?
Villages at Meadowbrook offers affordable apartment homes at 60% and 70% of Area Median Income (AMI). Your household’s annual income and household size determine which income level you may qualify for and the corresponding rent.
For example, if your household has 2 people and a combined annual income of $45,000, you may qualify for the 70% AMI income level because your household income is below that tier’s maximum income limit. Since $45,000 exceeds the 60% AMI maximum for a two-person household, you would not qualify for the 60% AMI tier.
